Parma, Italy – May 28-30, 2024 – Delta, a global leader in power and thermal management solutions, just participated in the SPS Italia 2024 tradeshow, which focuses on intelligent, digital, and sustainable manufacturing. During the event, Delta unveiled a range of cutting-edge solutions to address the evolving needs of manufacturing environments, which attracted many attendees. Among the exhibits are the various industrial power supplies that feature high efficiency and high reliability.
For panel mount power supplies, Delta presented PMS Series, PMR Series, and PMT2 Series. All three Series are known for their high efficiency, power density and compact size. The upcoming PMS Series offers power outputs from 750 W to 2,500 W and boasts PMBus communication, current sharing, as well as intelligent fan control for optimal performance. For the PMR Series, Delta announced the expansion of the new 150 W and 600 W models to meet market demands. With a 1U low-profile form factor, these two new models are suitable for installations in limited spaces, such as factory automation, machinery, household appliances, vending machines, and test & measurement equipment.
Other spotlights are DIN rail power supplies Force-GT Series and Chrome II Series. The Force-GT Series is known for its ultra-slim design as well as up-to-95% efficiency, and offers power outputs from 120 W to 960 W. Two of its models were certified to 80 PLUS Platinum for 115 V Industrial. The Series is equipped with built-in constant current circuitry and protective coatings against dust and pollutants, well-suited for harsh industrial environments, such as semiconductor equipment, advanced manufacturing equipment, and industrial robots. The Chrome II Series features 30 W to 100 W output power and 85-264 VAC universal input voltage. It is certified to IEC/EN 60335-1 and IEC/EN 61558-1/-2-16 for electrical safety of distribution boards, making it suitable for building automation and household appliances.
